Argent Securities
How sleazy do you have to be to become the subject of a Class Action Lawsuit – it really would not seem to get worse than this.
Argent Securities, Inc. and Argent Securities, LLC ” Group Argent ” finally found itself on the wrong side of a class action lawsuit after some intelligent legal minds put their best foot forward.
What is the Group Argent lawsuit about – Fraud
Specifically, a Class Action lawsuit stemming from alleged violations of various Minnesota Statutes such as 325F.69 and 325F.68 (Prevention of Consumer Fraud Act); violations of Minnesota Statute 325D.44 (Deceptive Trade Practices); and Fraud by Concealment. Along with other related parties Group Argent denies Plaintiffs’ allegations, denies that their loan origination practices violated any law, and denies that they financially harmed any of their customers.
More to come.
